Items purchased from may be exchanged or returned for a credit or refund within the first 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted of purchased merchandise if unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original price tag, receipt, and packing slip. For items returned within 30 days, there are no restocking fees and no need to call for a return authorization. Returns that have been worn, damaged, or received after 30 days may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Refused items are shipped at the expense of the customer. Items purchased from cannot be returned to a Bruno Magli store or outside retailer, and vice versa.

If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.

Regular sale items are returnable with the same 30-day return policy as full-price items. Items listed as "final sale" or "finale" are ineligible for a refund but may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value or returned for store credit. Items purchased in a "surprise sale" or flash sale are only returnable for store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Final sale, "finale" and "surprise sale" items are rare and will be clearly marked on the website.

International customers wishing to reorder an item should submit their original order for return and place a separate order for the new item. Please note: Free returns apply to U.S. orders only. All international orders are still required to pay all shipping expenses, including shipping fees for returns. International customers are responsible for all duty and tax fees. Please see our international shipping page for details about checkout and shipping to international addresses.

For most U.S. orders a complimentary return shipping label is available at the Returns Portal for your convenience, except for final sale or flash sale items. Return shipping labels for final-sale and flash-sale orders will incur a return-shipping fee. Please note that is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit, and we recommend you record the tracking number from the return shipping label. To avoid any issues with missing packages, please write down your return tracking number and retain the receipt of drop-off from the UPS store or facility for your records.

When applicable, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale prices do not apply to past purchases.


To return any items you purchased from, simply visit the Returns Portal and complete the step-by-step product return guide to print a return-shipping label. Pack merchandise in its original packaging, just as you received it. Place the merchandise in the cardboard shipping box. Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted or will be subject to a restocking fee.

We do not require a return authorization number. Once your returned items have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund. Your refund should appear in your account within three to five business days of receiving your email confirmation.
